We were passing by coming from a road trip and had a flat tire. After going to Discount tire down the road and refusing to fix a flat tire because they were closed even though all doors were still open and would have taken them 15 minutes to fix a flat, we came to ALLISON TIRE SHOP. Even though they did were already closed they were able to helped us fix the flat tire and got us back on the road again. This is called customer service!!! I recommend this tire shop over Discount tire any time!!!

My daughter bought some tire online went there to get them installed she drove home and this morning 1 tire was flat. So I aired it up she went back. The charged her $20 to install the valve. When the valve was fine before she took her car there.

The service was great, fast and friendly. I had a tire mounted and balanced for a full size sedan; the cost was fairly decent at $35. The location is easy to access, and the hours of operations was really convenient for me on a Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

This is my 2021 ram 3500 front rims. They were spotless unit I had my 37s mounted here. My wheels had a very thin layer of dirty water not even mud on them. The person that balanced my wheels took a straight edge scraper used for scraping dry wall scraped my wheels. This left very deep scaring in my wheels and when I went to ask them to try to make it right all of a sudden no one spoke English. I would not recommend bringing anything nice to this tire shop.

was visiting Midland and had an issue with two front tires after running over something in the road. I was in a hurry to fix the tires because I had to return to East Texas same day I visited. I called ahead and asked for prices on decent used tires until I could get home and take care of the tires with my warranty. the guy gave me a specific price of $60 per tire mounted and balanced. when I got there it was $75 a tire mounted and balanced but, I had to remove one of the tires to be changed because, it had been placed back on the spare rack because I had been using the spare due to the incident regarding the tires. explain to the guys that I didn't have the tool to lower the spare as it had been misplaced when the tires were changed on the side of the highway. basically it was getting close to closing although it was still about 40 minutes till they closed. I even offered an extra 20 bucks if they would simply pull the thing down from under the car and put the tire back on there and put it back on the vehicle where it went. did not happen so I happen to have a pipe wrench with me and the garage to remove the tire so I took it down after much fanfare. when I went to pay out it was
